New beginnings.

This is my inaugural blog post – I feel like I should say something, type something, so here it is.

I’ve been a writer for a long time, and I’ve blogged before – I have been exceedingly busy with life over the past 30 years and at times haven’t really thought much of what I was doing to be that remarkable. There have been highs, many, paired with many (too many!) lows, and I may revisit these experiences in time.

I intend to do a great bit in the near future and for now, this blog will serve to document these and other items of note.

Today is Thursday, July 20th, 2017 and I’ve driven my ’09 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Jackson Hole, Wyoming and intend to camp near the base of the Teton Mountains.

It’s bear country.
